Meet the Corgi MANGOS ETF ($MN), an actively managed fund seeking capital appreciation through exposure to Meta, Anthropic, NVIDIA, Alphabet (Google), OpenAI, and SpaceX.

MANGOS takes its name from those six companies. The portfolio combines exposure to established public-market businesses with private AI companies OpenAI and Anthropic, using securities and instruments such as total return swaps or SPV interests.

The fund began trading on October 2 and lists a 0.20% annual expense ratio. It offers a single exchange-traded vehicle for a concentrated view on these companies, with risks that differ from a broad-market fund.

Know what you own: private-company exposure is not direct ownership of private shares. Derivatives introduce counterparty and pricing risks, and a six-company portfolio can be volatile.

Corgi Invest / Sponsor disclosures

Investors should consider the investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses of the Fund carefully before investing. This and other important information is contained in the MN prospectus, available without charge from corgifunds.com or the SEC. Read the prospectus carefully before investing.

Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. MN is newly organized, has limited operating history, and is highly concentrated in six companies and related technology industries. A decline in one holding can disproportionately affect returns. The Fund may have limited liquidity and trade at a premium or discount to NAV; brokerage commissions and bid-ask spreads reduce returns.

Derivatives and private-company exposures involve counterparty, valuation, correlation, liquidity, financing, and operational risks. Private-company swaps may reference perpetual futures prices that differ materially from underlying company values and may be illiquid. SPV interests may carry additional costs, transfer restrictions, and no direct shareholder rights. Private-company exposure is not the same as direct share ownership. Holdings and exposures may change.

There is no guarantee the Fund will achieve its objective. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Investment adviser: Corgi Strategies, LLC. Distributor: Paralel Distributors LLC, which is unaffiliated with Corgi Strategies, LLC and The Corgi Company. WOLF Financial is a paid partner of Corgi Invest.
