2 biggest things I am watching for this upcoming week
Wednesday: Kevin Warsh’s first FOMC meeting as chairman of the US Fed.
Prediction markets have at points recently priced in an almost 50% chance that the Fed may actually RAISE RATES in 2026. It still hasn’t been the most likely outcome for most of the time, but the market has started to think it’s a real possibility.
The biggest thing I will be watching is Kevin Warsh’s first press conference as Fed chair. 2:30PM ET on Wednesday … Watch out. Expect Fed Chair Warsh to be asked a bunch of tough questions and expect the market to react to what he says
The FOMC will release a summary of economic projections along with the release that shows what the Fed officials are thinking for things like Inflation, Jobs data, and where interest rates will be.
All Week: SpaceX’s first full week of trading as a public company
SpaceX became a public company on Friday opening at $1.75T and closing the day at a $2.1 Trillion market cap.
On Monday the 2x Single Stock ETFs will begin trading
On Tuesday options will begin trading on SpaceX
There will be a lot of other catalysts to watch on SpaceX stock this week including analysts ratings and ETFs buying etc etc
